🌊 Letters to the Sea: Reflecting on Our Learning Journey
As part of our eTwinning project “SOS – Save Our Special World”, our students participated in a meaningful and creative evaluation activity titled “Letters to the Sea.”
Through this activity, students had the opportunity to reflect on what they learned during the project and express their thoughts, feelings, and new knowledge about environmental protection. Inspired by the importance of caring for our planet, especially our seas, they wrote heartfelt letters addressed to the sea.
In their letters, students shared what they discovered about plastic pollution, its harmful effects on marine life, and the importance of recycling and responsible behavior. They also made personal promises to protect the environment and become more environmentally conscious in their daily lives.
To enhance collaboration and digital skills, students uploaded their letters on Padlet, creating a beautiful collection of messages filled with awareness, hope, and responsibility.
At the same time, parents actively participated by completing a post-project evaluation questionnaire and sharing their thoughts about the project. In addition, students and parents worked together to create short videos using Adobe Express, expressing their experiences and opinions about the project. These videos were uploaded to our “Project Evaluation Studies” page.
This activity not only helped us evaluate the impact of our project but also strengthened the connection between school and family, promoting environmental awareness beyond the classroom.
We are proud of our students for their creativity, sensitivity, and commitment to protecting our planet. 🌍💙
Together, we continue to take small steps towards a better and cleaner world!
